The International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show (IBWSS) is an annual trade show and conference where Bulk Wine, Bulk Spirits, and Private Label professionals can meet under one roof. It offers an international platform for the supermarket, retailers, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and buyers to source bulk wine and spirits. Over the course of two days leading figures like Jeff Fiest, Angie, Nowosielski, and Ryan Pandl will be there in conversation with Sid Patel, CEO of Beverage Trade Network about Off-trade buying at the 2022 International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show on July 26 in San Francisco. They will share their experiences and discuss how to improve a current business model or how to develop a brand-new business model and strategy from the scratch. In this trade show, you can also learn how to maintain the quality of your bulk supply program, manage any regulatory problems, and how to deal with challenging shipping and logistics issues.

One session that you should definitely attend at the IBWSS 2022 is the panel on Off-Trade Buyers. The panel will be moderated by Mr. Sid Patel, CEO of Beverage Trade Network, and will feature Jeff Feist, Angie Nowosielski, and Ryan Pandl.

Jeff has worked in the consumer products/wine and spirits industry his entire career. He started with E&J Gallo as a sales representative, district manager, and field marketing manager. He was then recruited to Phillips Distilling Company in 1997. Was promoted to National Sales, VP, and finally Executive VP for US and Mexico, reporting directly to the CEO. He was directly responsible for the growth from 700,000 cases in 2003 to 2.5 million cases in 2013. Revenues increased to over 125 million in that same time.

In April 2014, Jeff moved to the role of VP for VEEV Spirits. He was responsible for the full platform and repositioning of the VEEV Spirits portfolio. VEEV presents a versatile and mixable, neutral white spirit made with acai berries that launched in 2007, and Vita Frute, a ready-to-drink organic cocktail that launched in 2013. After a record sales year in 2015, the company was sold to Luxco in early 2016.

In March of 2019, Jeff moved to California to become the Category Lead Buyer for Spirits & More for the BevMo! chain. Reporting directly to the CEO, full responsibility for buying, brand execution in-store, pricing, e-commerce, and distributor/supplier relations. BevMo! operates 160 stores in California, Washington, and Arizona. Accountable for a $400M sales budget, and a team of 6 direct reports. Jeff left BevMo in May 2022.
