We're thrilled to announce that Marliese Martin, Chief Operating Officer of Hillebrand Gori USA, will be joining us as a speaker at the 2024 International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show in San Francisco.

Marliese Martin, who has been a part of the global beverage logistics provider Hillebrand since 1999, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Hillebrand Gori USA. Her journey with the organization began in her native South Africa, where she assumed various operational, commercial, and leadership roles. During this time, she also pursued a business management degree and obtained neuro-leadership certifications to enhance her skills.

In 2020, Marliese, together with her family, relocated to California to concentrate her attention on the development of the bulk wine and export business, drawing from her extensive experience in these areas from her time in South Africa.

In March 2022, DHL acquired Hillebrand, leading to the formation of Hillebrand Gori as Chief Operating Officer, Hillebrand Gori USA is part of DHL's Global Forwarding Freight division. Marliese assumed the role of COO for the entire USA, with her office now based in the New Jersey headquarters. Marliese conveys her excitement about contributing to the evolution of Hillebrand Gori, now integrated into DHL.
